Krystal Solutions (AS 12488) offers multihomed transit out of our POP in The Bunker (ASH). We have 2Gbps of diverse and redundant connectivity, from a number of Tier 1 ISP's, no minimum commit requirement and prices starting at just £25/Mbps per month.

Premium Transit - We have 2Gbps of Tier 1 Transit from Cogent, TeliaSonera & NTT Verio.
Premium Ports - Your cross connect goes directly into our core router and isn't shared or aggregated with anyone else.
Premium Bandwidth - Some providers oversell bandwidth 40:1, others 20:1, we don't even oversell our bandwidth 2:1.
Premium Support - 24/7 Mobile phone support and ticket support connect you directly with the network admins who have router access.

Extra Port
Clients who desire additional resiliency may take a 2nd port, either on the same router or a different one.

Overages
Overages are calculated at the end of a month according to the 95th percentile billing method. The excess is charged at the same rate as your commit level, there's no surcharge as we've over-engineered the network to comfortably deal with bursts and spikes.

99.99% Network Availability SLA

Simply, if you experience more than 15 consecutive minutes of downtime (excluding scheduled maintenance) you'll be given one (1) day service credit for each cumulative hour of network unavailability in any calendar month.
