What guarantees do you offer?
You can find a full list of the guarantees we offer in our SLA section. Please bear in mind that as a company looking to tailor solutions it's highly likely that we'd be willing to extend our standard SLA to cover your requirements.
What level of support do you offer?
All Krystal Solutions clients receive named contacts and mobile phone numbers that can be used 365/24/7 for critical support.
We also run a 10am - 5pm UK landline, which is manned every weekday and of course we are always available via our e-mail ticket support system that has also has a web interface.
