The Company

Krystal was founded in Torquay in 2001 with the aim to do hosting differently. We had experienced the levels of support and customer service of many different hosting companies, and decided we could do it better. So we did! 7 years on we continue with the same ethos that we started with, and our business is growing steadily. We now own our own network and all of our own hardware all based in the UK in an ultra secure datacentre outside of the M25.

Our Experience

Our core experience comes from running "Krystal Hosting", a shared and dedicated web hosting operation based on linux. We have thousands of clients who have trusted Krystal Hosting for years - and most of the business comes from word of mouth. Krystal's shared hosting now runs on Krystal Solutions infastructure, and is the reason for development of our network.

Our Ethos

To change the hosting landscape for the better. Krystal's founders believed that consumers, while faced with a plethora of companies, had very little actual choice - your average hosting company is an impersonal 'mega-corporation' driven solely by a desire to turn over profit, leading to poor customer support, and no personal interest in you, your web site or your projects. Annoyed by this indifference Krystal was setup to offer discerning clients the choice of a personal company and an excellent host.
